Tasks

Plan and schedule tasks with this module. Store on-going or once-off tasks. Tasks do not have to be specific to a prospect, company, or job. They can be just relevant to an employee or multiple employees for example. The Tasks module is linked to various modules including Prospects, Contacts, Jobs/Projects and Calendar.



Tasks can be assigned to multiple employees or individuals. Costs can be assigned to tasks so that the amounts are deducted from customers budgets in the relevant job record.



On the Options screen you can do the following:

Find tasks (based on Status field)...
In progress
Complete
On hold
Cancelled

Find tasks (based on Duration fields)...

Starting today
Occuring today
Finishing today
Find late tasks

You are not restricted to just finding records based on these buttons. On the data entry screen, clicking the 'Find' button allows you to find records based on any type of information.

For the found set of records...
Print mini list


For the current task
Duplicate task


Detailed reports (for current found set)...
Report by Responsible
Report by Job
Report by Job / Stage
Report by Job / Responsible


Summary reports (for current found set)...
