JobPro's shipping and dispatch module streamlines the process of planning, shipping and tracking orders. Generate shipping & dispatch delivery dockets and track deliveries from this module. Stock quantities can be automatically updated based on products dispatched.

	Multiple shipping records can be created for a sales order using the part invoice/ship function. Invoices can be created from a shipping record and if the shipping record was originally created from a sales order then the pricing on the invoice is based on the original order and not specifically the default pricing for those products or services. This module is linked to the Stock/Services, Jobs/Projects, Sales Orders and Contacts modules. Details for a shipping record can be entered on a line by line basis or on a textual basis. There are various reporting options on the Options screen.		Shipping dockets can be printed or emailed (as a PDF) in multiple languages including: • English • Dutch • French • German • Italian • Portuguese • Spanish
