Setup multiple stock locations for your products. These locations can be in-house locations or external physical locations. You can easily move stock between these locations in the system. There is also a full stock movement history available for any type of stock movement. JobPro allows you to have multiple suppliers per stock item.
At product record level you can attach unlimited documents to the product record which could be related to shipping documentation, or important batch or warranty information that needs to be tracked with the product item.
JobPro offers the ability to track incoming shipments from your suppliers by entering the relevant courier tracking number. You can also track outgoing shipments to your customers without leaving JobPro to facilitate customer service should your customer call looking for the whereabouts of their order.
A key feature of JobPro is the option to split invoicing and shipping into two separate processes. This can be very handy if you are required to bill multiple shipments under one invoice. There is also full back order reporting to ensure customer orders are the focus and get fulfilled.
There is the ability to create multiple pricing categories at product level and assign multiple price breaks to each category. You can then assign any customer to those pricing categories and know your pricing has been taken care of. Alternatively you can assign certain products direct to your customer record with customizable price breaks for each particular product.
