Generate sales invoices and credit notes from this software module. Features include sales statements that can be generated for all outstanding balances, a single customer or a found set of sales invoices. There is also an option to include aged debt analysis at the bottom of customer's sales invoices.
Sales invoices can also be created from quotes or sales orders. This module is linked to the Stock/Services, Jobs/Projects and Contacts modules. Sales invoices and credit notes can be entered on a line by line basis or on a textual basis. Sales invoices can be turned into dispatch records with the click of a button. There are various reporting options on the Options screen including account balances and aged debt analysis. This sales invoicing software also includes pro forma invoices.
