 Sales InvoicesGenerate sales invoices and credit notes from this software module. Features include sales statements that can be generated for all outstanding balances, a single customer or a found set of sales invoices. There is also an option to include aged debt analysis at the bottom of customer's sales invoices. This module is linked to the Stock/Services, Jobs/Projects and Contacts modules. Sales invoices and credit notes can be entered on a line by line basis or on a textual basis. Sales invoices can be turned into dispatch records with the click of a button. There are various reporting options on the Options screen including account balances and aged analysis. Sales invoices and credit notes can be printed or emailed (as a PDF) in any currency. This invoicing program also includes pro forma invoices.  Track commission for every order based on the sale or profit amount or just on an entered value. Transactions can either be invoices, credit notes or pro forma invoices.  On the Options screen you can do the following: Find... Invoiced Outstanding You are not restricted to just finding records based on these buttons. On the data entry screen, clicking the 'Find' button allows you to find records based on any type of information. Customer reports...
