Generate estimates, proposals, quotations as well as estimate requests from the Quotations module. This module is linked to the Stock/Services, Prospect, Jobs/Projects and Contacts modules. Details for a estimate / quotation can be entered on a line by line basis or on a textual basis. Records can be duplicated, amended, or turned into a job, sales order, sales invoice or a purchase order with the click of a button. Create estimate requests to suppliers directly from quotation line items. There are various reporting options on the Options screen.
Bill of materials functionality:
Jobs can be created from a quote and if relevant
the assembly or 'bill of materials' details for products to be assembled can be auto generated on the job where assembly sheets can be printed. |

Users can also link related documents for quotations and estimates stored on a server or locally on the user's computer.
Track commission for every quote approved based on the sale or profit amount or just on an entered value. Quotations / estimates can be printed or emailed (as a PDF) in any currency and in multiple languages including:
