The Enquiries module keeps track of all your job, sales and business prospects, enquiries and leads. Assign tasks and create quotations specific to an enquiry or prospect. You can automatically turn a prospect into a customer at the click of a button where all their details get carried over to the Contacts module including any related tasks and quotations or estimates. Tasks created for an enquiry are linked to the Tasks module and can be viewed in the calendar as well.

Sales Enquiries and Lead Management Software
The enquiries module keeps track of all of your sales leads, your enquiries and your business prospects. You can assign tasks to follow up on enquiries and can create a quotation against any enquiry, with the ability to bring all of the data into contacts as a fully fledged customer, if the quotation is accepted.

Enquiries entry screen
The Enquiries module provides an easy and efficient way to track potential business. Use it to collect and store all of the relevant information about a potential customer, including the enquiry source, lead status, estimated value, task remindersand more. Log ongoing communications with the customer and set tasks to remind you to follow up, do a quote, and so on. Create a job directly from an enquiry record and automatically turn the prospect into a customer.
From an enquiry record users can quickly create quotations or estimates, tasks and correspondence (letters, faxes and emails). Tab buttons allow a quick view of these areas allowing the user to click on an item to view the full details.
