Using JobPro you will have the ability to record all time and expenses under a project or job code and then create an invoice to your client from those costs.  Users can create budgets to track actual costs against.  Budgets can be created directly from your quotation.  When doing an invoice there is no need to show all the line item detail to your client if you avail of the summary invoice option. Using the summary invoice option will generate an invoice aggregating line items by 'category' for display on the face of your invoice to your client.  All revenue line items are adjustable before creating your invoice to ensure you are billing to a set budget should you require it.
