Stock & Inventory Software (Products & Services)
JobPro's stock control software provides you with the tools and processes that you need to manage stock holding and control costs. The software provides tight integration with other modules in JobPro so that stock outs are avoided. The software includes 'bill of materials' / assembly functionality and the ability to base prices on quantity breaks.

This module is an inventory software system to cost and track all your raw material, finished products and services. Tracking and management of 'in stock' quantities and values for raw material and finished products. Screens include general details, costings for the breakdown or assembly of a product or service, stock takes or amendments to quantities, purchases for the product or service, sales for the product or service and job costs for the product or service. Barcode inventory management can be added specific to your needs.
Stock quantities get updated automatically. When you purchase products they get added to stock when the purchase order has it's 'Status' set to "Delivered" or when the order is part received.

You can tell the system to deduct products from stock from either Sales Orders, Invoices or Shipping/Dispatches. You do this on the Home:Setup:Stock/Services screen.
If you are a service based company and do not need to keep track of stock quantities you can still use this module to list default services and prices to use on quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, sales invoices, shipping dispatches and job costs.

You are not restricted to just finding records based on these buttons. On the data entry screen, clicking the 'Find' button allows you to find records based on any type of information.
