JobPro's stock control software provides you with the tools and processes that you need to manage stock holding and control costs.
All products can have multiple suppliers and multiple locations. Users have the ability to see all purchase and sales orders relevant to the product from within the product record. Users can see quantities on hand, by location, to enable them fulfill sales orders or initiate a purchase order. Users can also see a complete shipping history for the product. All sales invoices that the current product appeared on are also visible from within the product record. The module features the ability to track stock quantities by identity (an identity can be set as a company, branch, department , office or Store within JobPro) and/or location. You can also track historic stock movements per product.
Users have the ability to assign products to customizable categories for purposes of budgeting on Jobs.
The product module features the ability to set the stock item as an assembled item and assign sub assemblies via a bill of materials under the costings tab on the product record. From within the product record you can also see if the current product is used on other products or assemblies.
There is the ability to create a purchase order based on areas like reorder quantity, max stock and minimum order quantity specific to a supplier.
Multiple documents can be assigned to the product record and users can see version history from within the product record.

In terms of pricing, users can see product markup and margin, users can set pricing categories and price breaks per category. Users can link unlimited customer categories to a product record and then associate unlimited price breaks for that category of customer. Alternatively users can assign individual products to a customer with custom unlimited price breaks at customer level for each individual product.

Users can set purchase/Sales Vat rates and purchase/sales nominal codes at product level should you wish to sync your products with an external accounting application.
There is the ability to take a customers product into stock for servicing and warranty purposes, a bar code can be generated and the customer item can be assigned to a job queue awaiting maintenance or warranty repairs. Subsequent purchase orders for the repair can be generated specific to the Job itself.
If your business requires the ability to track stock by batch, JobPro allows for batch tracking with creation date, sell by date, and sell by date (retail) built in.
There is the ability to set a rental rate per hour/day or per booking for any product. Therefore, you can use JobPro for your rental business or simply allow the product to be used on a project/job at the selected charge out rate to your customer. The product will automatically return to stock once the job has been completed. The module also has the ability to fully charge a customer for a rental item on a job if necessary.
