JobPro's contact management functionality means that individual contacts can be customers in their own right without having to be linked to a Company record.  This provides excellent flexibility when working with customers / clients within your business.  Users get a 360 degree view of the contacts activity within your business.

See tasks that are scheduled for your contacts, set tasks for your employees, track email history, create a mailshot or group SMS, and view the progress of jobs or projects, all without having to leave the contact managment module.


Users can quickly create quotations or estimates, jobs, tasks, communications (emails, letters, and invoices). Tab buttons allow a quick view of these areas allowing the user to click on an item to view the full details. You can enter as many contacts for a company as is required.

Users can also directly make phone calls and send SMS messages from JobPro using standard systems like Skype, Asterisk and ClickATell. Logs of calls and messages can be recorded and displayed in the communications section of the contacts module.

This module can be linked to Microsoft's Outlook for windows via customisation.
