Manage your business with JobPro's contact management / CRM software. Depending on the type of contact - either customer / client, vendor / supplier, employee, or just a general contact - there are various tabbed screens specific to that type of contact.
Users can also directly make phone calls and send SMS messages from JobPro using standard systems like Skype, Asterisk and ClickATell. Logs of calls and messages are displayed in an Activities section.
This contact management CRM module links to just about every other module in the system so there is never a need to enter the details for a contact more than once.

From a customer record users can quickly create quotations or estimates, jobs, tasks, correspondence (letters, faxes and emails) and invoices. Tab buttons allow a quick view of these areas allowing the user to click on an item to view the full details. You can enter as many contacts for a company.
Clicking on the Options button displays various options for a record like create quotation, job, sales order, purchase order, sales invoice, dispatch, email, letter, fax and mailshot.
